How long does shipping take?
Orders within the United States typically arrive in 5-8 business days. Orders to the European Union take 8-14 business days, and international orders to the rest of the world take 10-20 business days. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before they ship.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to the United States, the European Union, and a number of additional countries including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and New Zealand.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Depending on your country, customs fees or import duties may apply on international orders. These are set by your local government and are not included in our shipping charges.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us within a few hours of placing your order if you need to make a change. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Are your products tested on real pets?
Yes. Every Furbliss product is tested with real dogs and cats before it goes into our shop.
What if my pet does not like the product?
We stand behind everything we sell. If a product is not a good fit for your pet, reach out to us and we will help you find a solution, whether that is an exchange, a different product recommendation, or a return.
