We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Condition Rules
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached where applicable. Items showing signs of pet use (chew marks, stains, odor) that go beyond reasonable inspection may not qualify for a refund and may be returned to you at your expense.
RMA Process
To start a return, contact hello@furbliss.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may experience processing delays.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, indicate this when requesting your RMA. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened grooming products (such as Freshmist Waterless Shampoo Spray) and used consumable items (such as Calmroot diffuser refill cartridges) are not eligible for return once opened.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, at no cost to you.
