Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Carriers
We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and international postal partners, selected based on destination and package size.
Delivery Windows
United States: 5-8 business days after processing
European Union: 8-14 business days after processing
Rest of world: 10-20 business days after processing
These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receipt.
Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. For packages that appear lost in transit, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement or refund after a carrier investigation period.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges or product prices. We are not able to predict or control these fees.
